Kisekka Gertrude

Nakisekka Gertrude is a senior advisor on the board. She has a lot of experience working with civil society organizations. She has worked with HIV/AIDS foundations, Women empowerment projects  and Women’s rights associations in Masaka.

Gertrude is also a local leader who have served as an LC5 vice chairman of Masaka district for 5 years from 2016 to 2021.

With New hope, she is fully responsible for girls affairs, she leads the campaign of distribution of reusable sanitary kits to the poor school girls of Masaka. She acts as a role model to women and girls in Masaka and this is seen on how she conducts herself as a woman in an exemplary way. She has for any years trained girls about their rights , taught them dangers of early pregnancies and HIV/AIDS. She plays a very big part in the lives of girls and women in Masaka
